JasynMichaelSkin Refund and Returns Policy
At JasynMichaelSkin, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
- Intimate or sanitary products.
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Select health and personal care items.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Opened skincare products or any item with visible signs of use.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your email address].
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [your email address] and send your item to: [your physical address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to: [your physical address]. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
